Order Detail

Here's how to instant answers about the status of your order using Workspace's Order Detail page (to view your transactions click My Queensberry Account on your dashboard).

Please don't delay your own order! If • you haven't yet approved a Queensberry album design, or • we haven't received payment, or • you haven't answered our queries, or • you haven't confirmed the order, your order will go on hold until we hear back from you.

Shopping cart orders: As well as book and album orders, your shopping cart orders can be tracked here. So can the wholesale cost of Queensberry products sold in your retail shopping cart. Shopping cart orders do not need to be confirmed, and go directly into production.

If necessary you can click the blue "Contact us" link on the page to send a message about this order. Depending on your time zone please expect a delayed response. If the Order Detail page can't answer your question, it's likely to require input from our production team during business hours. Click here for the current time in New Zealand...


Our reference: Please quote this reference if you contact us about the order.

Order received: This is the date we received your order.

Taken off hold: If BLANK, your order is “on hold” (not yet in production, generally because it's a design order in progress, or because we're waiting for payment, order confirmation, or answers to queries). We may be waiting for a response from you!

Estimated despatch: This is the date we expect to ship your order (+/- 2-3 days). If BLANK your order is still on hold, so we cannot estimate a shipping date. Delays sometimes occur because of issues in production.

Date Despatched: If BLANK, your order is not yet ready to ship (it's on hold, or still in production).


ORDER STATUS

On hold: If YES, your order is not yet in production, generally because it's a design order in progress, or because we're waiting for payment, order confirmation, or answers to queriesWe may be waiting for your response. If we're designing the album, you (not your client!) need to approve the album design before we can proceed.

Charged: If NO, your order is not yet ready to ship (still in design, in production, or on hold). 

Airwaybill: BLANK until your order is ready to ship. Once available, click the blue tracking number to go directly to the DHL website. The Airwaybill number will only be live once it has been picked up and scanned by the courier. This can be a day or more after the order is charged. NZ orders: The tracking number is not a live link. Go to Courier Post and enter the tracking number.


Design Required: If YES, you have asked us to design this book or album for you.

Design Complete: If YES, we've submitted the initial design draft to you. If NO, we haven't completed the draft, or aren't involved in the design.

Design Confirmed: If NO, we're waiting for you to approve the design so your order can go into production. Note, you (not your client!) need to approve the album design.


Data entry complete: If YES, your order is now in our order processing database.

Has been proof checked: If YES, we have checked and validated your order.

Has queries: If YES, we have asked you to clarify your order, or to resolve an issue that needs fixing (for example a problem with image files).

Queries answered: If NO, we are waiting for you to reply to our queries.


Requires confirmation: Most books and albums require sign-off from you before we put the order into production. (We’ll email you when the order is ready to review.)

Has been confirmed: If NO, and the order requires confirmation, we’re waiting for you to confirm.

Payment arranged: If YES, we have received payment. Once “off hold” your order can go into production.
